We moved.. just in case you didn't hear :)

We moved... 2 weeks ago to be exact.

(Forts were most of my way of entertaining while everything was packed)

This would make move number 10 in the 5 years we've been married. And unfortunately there will be at least one more move, and hopefully the last move, for a long time. This time there was a big change though... not just a change of towns, but a change of state and job. We've been longing for some real sunshine (as Seattle doesn't offer much of that!) and a little less time in the rain. We had an awesome opprtunity come up in Salt Lake City, Ut... we couldn't pass it up. Devin interviewed for over a month.. then bam.. 2 weeks later we moved to Utah. So here we are now in downtown Salt Lake and LOVING it! Sorry if we didn't get to say goodbye... we left in such a hurry we didn't get to see everyone we would have liked to! (But we're loving the sunshine!!)

Fourth Fun!

We started out our Fourth of July festivities at the Parade on the waterfront. The boys loved all the fire trucks, flags and balloons.

Then home for the little guys nap and a little time for mom to make some red, white and blue cupcakes!

After a little snooze, we headed over to our good friends to join in their block party BBQ.

Drew was enamored with the 2 dogs and made some awesome roars when he would get near them. (not barking.. a full on lion roar)

We ate ice cream while watching the street fireworks.

Our friends Reggie and Michelle and their ADORABLE baby Addyson.

Then we headed home for baths and bedtime for Drew. We kept Gavin up for the fireworks (they don't go off until 10:15 here) and took him up to the roof to watch them. It was pretty awesome!

Camping

With all this sunshine this week, we just had to get away to go camping. There is a fabulous campground just 30 mins away that is super convienet in all aspects. Great for a quick night away! The boys had a blast, especially at the waters shore. It was much needed for all of us!

Kelsey Creek Farm

We'll start with the Trip to the Farm Park that Daddy got to unexpectedly join us on recently.
They saw pigs, cows, horses, chickens, and rabits.

I think mostly they just loved being out during the day with their daddy too!


What I get to deal with all day.."brotherly love"

I LOVE that we are FINALLY getting some sunshine here! It's gotten up to 75 degrees! It feels so good to get outside and breathe some fabulous fresh air!

Been to long...

Wow! Has it really been that long since I last posted? WELL, here's the latest since I know the in-laws are missing these little guys! Sorry for the picture overload this will be!

Drew's walking!

It's official! This little guy has been taking a few steps at a time for weeks now... but since yesterday he has decided to walk full force! Now he only crawls when he falls! It's SO adorable!

Unfortunately tonight he miss judge the distance to the windowsill and ouch!! He hit his forehead on it!

Annual Tulip Festival!!

I just LOVE the tulip festival! We have to travel an hour to get there but it is SO worth it! Because of or California trip we weren't able to make it until the last day.. but it still didn't disappoint! Just take a peak!

I've never seen so many different types of tulips... until this festival I only thought they differed in color... boy was a wrong! Enjoy all the styles!!

Now I know you want to come see them too!! You'll have to wait until next year, but I'll go with you! :)

Last of Cali

We started out the weekend dying eggs.

Then hunting out the Easter bunnies eggs...

Then a little Family Home Evening baseball at the park...

These two boys really have such a love hate relationship. It was like this last year... always trying to one up eachother!

While these two little guys were great little buddies!

Grandmas house is so fun with lots to do and play!

Park swings are the best!

And Drew couldn't get wnough of his Grandpa! (There was only 2 people he would go to or be left with, Mom or Grandpa... he wanted nothing to do with anyone else! Grandpa had the touch!)

He would constantly smoother Grandpa with wet kisses the minute he was in his arms!

And I couldn't help including a pic of this little guy Crew... isn't he just adorable?!

I especially love his crawl!!

We haven't had a single pic of our whole family together. I keep waiting for my very talented older sister to come visit me and take a more professional pic of us... but until then my little sister was kind enough to use my camera and take a pic of us while we were here. Thanks Holly!
